Hi there

One week we decided to make a eco house. First we started planning it out then we got to start and it was going so good. So we finished so quickly and got on to the next bit . On my house I used bamboo and there is a lots of plants and food growing. It is so cool  and you get to color all your favorite Colors but pink because that’s not an eco color. I have potatoes and carrots growing they’re pretty big. they should be done in a couple of days. we have such a good time at school doing our eco houses here’s a photo of mine.

On Tuesday  we  read  this book about a wharenui  it is a place that is where all the people will go to have a meeting and do some speeches. you’re not allowed to have food or drinks inside the room. And no shoes are allowed inside you have to leave them outside.there are a lot in New Zealand all around New Zealand. It takes 10 to 15 to years to make one. they didn’t use any power tools.  you can sleep in it too. There are all the thing there like outside of the wharenui  there is a bench called a paepae .

Hi Its Zara here and this is my first blog of  term two!  in class  we got novels . I have been reading just a dog and it likes to play. i thought that it was sad when the dog died. because he was sick and he fall down the stairs. and there is two sisters amelia and grace.amelia was very sneaky she put glitter on mister mosely. bye zara

On Monday was athletics day at school.  There was long jump, high jump, sprints and lots of fun games like tennis. When we started to race I was running so fast I came fourth and I was so happy.

Here and my group ‘s  Lego tower . We had to build a tower and then our  teacher shook them on a  board like an earthquate . All of them fell we had to rebuild them  but make changes to improve them. They lasted longer the second time .

This  week we got had a visit from  Corban Estate Arts Centre. They came to teach us to make 3D volcano art out of paper.

I like all the colour it   looked like a  rainbow

Next time I could do a bigger  volcano.
